Grilled Lobster Tips

Instructions

  1. Defrost the lobster and remove it from it's packaging.
  2. Combine butter, parsley, chilli flakes, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl; set aside or take advantage of our suppliers award winning Sublime Butter range. Using a cleaver or a sharp knife split lobster in half lengthwise through its head and tail. Scoop out and discard the yellow-green tomalley and break off the claws. Transfer lobster halves, shell side down, to a baking sheet; crack the claws and place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle the halves and claws with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the grill to high; place the lobster halves, flesh side down, and claws on hottest part of grill; cook until slightly charred, for 2-3 minutes. Flip lobster over and using a spoon, spread lobster with your preferred butter; continue grilling until lobster meat is tender, for 3-5 minutes more.
