Delivery Schedule & Packaging

We currently only provide shipping within England. 

Your order is made the day before it is dispatched and is sent by courier who will deliver your parcel on a next day delivery service.
We only ship deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a next day delivery service.
All orders placed on Thursday - Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday for you.
Orders placed on Monday - Wednesday will be dispatched on the Thursday.
In the event any item is not immediately available, we will delay the dispatch of your order until the item is available.

Local Deliveries within a 5 mile radius will be available 5 days a week, Tuesday - Saturday between 11 am - 9 pm. 
If you require delivery on any specific date, then email us with your preferred delivery date and we will confirm by email if we can ensure delivery.

All goods are packed in insulated thermal boxes and wrapped in ice packs.
If there is a delay in the delivery, goods are packed to last 2 days without perishing.
The product is frozen prior to posting, as we believe it reaches the customer without losing any quality.
We cannot accept any liability for goods that have been sent back to the depot and perished.
For Perishable items ordered it will be the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the goods on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and this failed due to nobody present at home, then the customer will be responsible and liable for the loss of goods (due to deterioration in the product), in this respect no claim can be made against Just Steaks UK
